The mission of Xavier University’s International Faculty and Staff Affinity Group (IFSAG) is to create opportunities for building a cross-cultural, international community. Our goal is connecting, celebrating, community through mentorship, advocacy, education and creating a sense of belonging among international employees. This group will build professional and social opportunities for international faculty and staff and provide a welcoming and nurturing environment.

The mission of Shades of X Affinity Group shall be to enhance the development and persistence of the Xavier University Nonwhite/Underrepresented community. Shades of X will also work with persons and/or organizations interested in creating and maintaining an environment conducive to racial and ethnic diversity at the university.
